DELIVERY & SHIPPING 

Your order will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. If you place an order on a Hong Kong S.A.R. public holiday, it will be processed on the following working day.

For overseas buyer, our forwarder will work with your local delivery for the parcel

Country of delivery: Hong Kong SAR

Domestic delivery fee: Free of Charge 

Domestic delivery time: 2-3 days 

Overseas delivery fee: 300HKD (35USD) if order below 2000HKD. Free delivery if order is over 2000HKD 

Overseas delivery time: 10 working days

We will send out the invoice packing list and tracking number for your tracing

RETURN POLICY 

In case you are not happy with your gear, we will take returned items within 21 days (upon receipt of your order). You can retract from your order, without penalties or reason. Return fees will be at your own charge. We advise to go for a return shipment requiring a signed delivery receipt
We will accept returned items complying with the following:
gear must be returned in the condition you received it (new, unused, unwashed) and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. All returned items are handled and controlled upon reception. We reserve the right to reject the return of products that do not meet these conditions.

You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in new, unused condition.
